Louisa's & Millie's is a small, family-owned chocolate shop. We make all of our creations at our store in Downers Grove, Illinois. Soft creams, buttery caramels, crunchy sponge, a huge variety of barks & other unique confections. We also create & hand decorate molded chocolate treats that are ideal party favors.
